Amount for review22 miles × the January–June 2026 rate of $0.725.
$15.95

You fill the date, locations, purpose and miles. The sheet calculates the Amount for review column using its date-based rate.

Keep a record of each business trip. The log adds your entries and carries its total into the Write-Off Organizer. Confirm trip eligibility and the applicable mileage rate before using the total for taxes. Ordinary commuting is usually personal; home-office and temporary-location rules can affect eligibility. This standard-mileage log does not support also claiming actual vehicle operating costs for the same use. If all 1,000 rows are full, use another copy and combine the totals separately.
